Eye Chart Test ("the App") is developed by Dr. Ryan Evans, OD. This privacy policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All vision test results are processed entirely on your device and are never sent to any server.
The App requests access to your microphone solely to support the optional hands-free voice input feature during testing. Audio is processed locally on your device in real time and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
The App uses your device's built-in speech recognition to interpret spoken letters during the vision test. This feature uses Apple's on-device or cloud speech recognition APIs as determined by your iOS settings. No speech data is retained by the App.
The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking frameworks. We do not track you across apps or websites.
The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. It contains no user accounts, social features, or data collection of any kind.
This App is an educational screening tool only. It is not a substitute for a professional eye examination. Results should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions.
